By providing remote support over the internet Aurora Business Solutions Ltd seeks to keep your support costs down by only charging for the actual support time taken and not whole days and travel time and expenses.

By providing remote support we can usually respond very quickly to urgent requests for assistance.

We can make upgrades to your system less painful by creating a copy of your system using VM technology and testing the upgrade without jeopardising your production system. Only when the upgrade of the VM copy of your system has been signed off will we apply the upgrade to your live system, if possible out of hours to prevent unnecessary interruptions to your production system.

Remote support allows us to perform tasks out of hours, again, to prevent interfering with your production system.
